Studies show that there are only two kinds of people in this world: cat people, and those who are soon to be converted. We kid, of course. Everyone knows it's slobbery dog-breath kisses or no kisses at all. C'mon. Like those scratchy kisses your cat is giving you are really cutting it?

The canine versus feline debate has been one of man's greatest feuds. With strong support rallying on both sides, it's pretty hard to say which species has the edge. Sure, dogs are happy-go-lucky furry besties, but can anyone argue with the cuddle partner potential of a fat, fluffy cat?

Russian artist Bird Born has decided to fan the flames of the cat versus dog showdown with some funny comics. He depicts the differences between canines and felines with a comic, dry wit, and it's hard to argue with the conclusions he draws.

The cats in the comics are depicted slightly less favorably than the dogs are, but Bird Born draws from experience, as he owns two feline companions himself. But hey, is anyone really that surprised that the cats are made out to be pretentious, self-absorbed jerks? That's part of their charm, for goodness sake!
