Overworked Pregnant Mother Is Given Her Maternity Leave With A Large Bonus Thanks To Her Boss
It seems that the United States is not a great place to take a maternity leave.

According to the International Labor Organization, the States comes in last among developed countries with regard to support for new parents and maternity leave. And this can have a drastic effect upon a new mother's mood and temperament. Forbes reports that women with less than 8 weeks of paid leave are much more likely to develop symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Well, self-made millionaire Marcus Lemonis is trying to turn that around. With his CNBC show, The Profit, Marcus is featured investing in small failing businesses as he tries to rehabilitate their success.

One such business was the Key West Lime Pie Company, where Tami Forbes was working extensive hours to try and make ends meet for her family. Tami was pregnant at the time, but was on her feet nine hours a day, struggling to handle the business of the small store.

Despite the hours she put in at the store, Tami was only receiving a meager $300 a week, and thus had to take up another job bar-tending to supplement her income. With 8 year old twins at home and a new baby on the way, she simply had no other choice.

Well, Marcus decided to meet with Tami about her upcoming maternity leave. We have a feeling this is a moment you won't want to miss.

We're very happy that this beautiful moment was documented! Watch the video below to see Tami and the incredible moment shared between her and her boss!
